Do you sell individual towels?+
No. Our wholesale towels are sold by the full case. Case quantities are shown on each product listing and vary by product.
Can I request samples before ordering?+
Yes. We offer customized sample packs containing up to six towels. Tell us what your business currently uses and we’ll select the most relevant options for your operation.
Do you offer volume discounts?+
Yes. Pricing improves with larger case and pallet quantities. Contact us with your estimated usage for the strongest available pricing.
Can I pre-order sold-out or upcoming colors?+
Yes. Send us a DM or contact our team to reserve an upcoming product. Availability, estimated arrival and ordering details will be confirmed before your order is finalized.
Can you create custom towels or packaging?+
Yes. Custom colors, sizes, GSM, edge construction, packaging and branding may be available for qualifying production quantities.
Will every towel have the exact same shade and weight?+
Minor variations in color shade, dimensions and finished weight may occur between production batches due to normal dyeing and textile-manufacturing tolerances. Listed specifications are approximate. If exact color matching is required, please contact us before ordering.

Shipping & Pickup
Do you ship nationwide?+
Yes. We ship throughout the United States and can arrange commercial and pallet shipments. Contact us for options outside the contiguous United States.
Is local pickup available?+
Yes. Paid orders can be picked up from our showroom and warehouse at 5845 Oakbrook Parkway in Norcross, Georgia.
Do you offer local delivery?+
Local delivery may be available for qualifying orders in the Atlanta area. Contact our team with your location and case quantity.
How quickly are orders prepared?+
Paid, in-stock orders can often be prepared the same business day. Shipping and delivery timing depends on order size, destination and carrier availability.
Washing & Care
How should microfiber towels be washed?+
Machine wash microfiber separately from cotton and other lint-producing fabrics. Use warm water—ideally no hotter than 104°F / 40°C—and a small amount of liquid, fragrance-free detergent.
What products should never be used on microfiber?+
Do not use fabric softener, bleach, dryer sheets or powdered detergent. These products can coat or damage the fibers and reduce absorbency.
Can microfiber towels go in the dryer?+
Yes, but use low heat only. Air-drying is also recommended. Never use high heat and never iron microfiber towels.
Should different microfiber towels be washed separately?+
Yes. Keep towels used for paint and glass separate from towels exposed to grease, wheels, chemicals or heavy contamination.
Should new towels be washed before use?+
Yes. Prewash new towels before their first use, and wash new dark or brightly colored towels separately to reduce the chance of dye transfer.
